Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of claritybms.com and the services provided by Clarity Business Management Services, Inc. ("Clarity," "we," "us"). By booking a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
We provide business management, consulting, advisory, coaching and education services to business owners. Services are delivered by phone, video call, in person or by email. We do not sell or ship physical goods.
2. Consultation first
Every new client begins with a one-on-one consultation. The consultation fee is $97.00 (USD), paid when the consultation is booked. After the consultation, either party may decide not to proceed. We are not obligated to accept any client for further work.
3. Pricing and payment
- Full engagements range from $97.00 to $10,000.00 (USD), depending on the scope and complexity of the work.
- If we agree to work together, you receive a written proposal stating the scope, total price, payment schedule and timeline. No project work is billed until you approve the proposal.
- The $97.00 consultation fee is credited in full toward the total price of the approved work.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
- There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
4. Refunds
- Consultation: if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation, the $97.00 fee is refunded in full. Once the consultation has taken place, or if it is missed without 24 hours' notice, the fee is non-refundable because the service has been delivered or the time reserved.
- Project work: you pay only for work completed. Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation.
5. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule a consultation or session once at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing claritybusinessm@gmail.com. Work stops when we receive your notice, and you are billed only for work completed up to that date.
6. Billing questions and disputes
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first at claritybusinessm@gmail.com or 1 (800) 492-3961. We respond within 2 business days and will work in good faith to resolve the issue.
7. No professional advice
Clarity is not a law firm, accounting firm, lender, broker-dealer or registered investment adviser. Our services are consulting, coaching and education only and are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. For those matters, consult an appropriately licensed professional.
8. No guarantee of results
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own decisions and effort. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, revenue, profit or level of success.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to make your own business decisions, and to keep any materials we provide for your own business use only.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its "last updated" date, applies to services booked after that date.
