How it works

We consult first, then decide together

We don't take on every client. The consultation tells both of us whether we're the right fit before any larger work begins.

  1. One-on-one consultation

    A focused session by phone, video or in person. We learn about your business, your goals and what's getting in the way. There is no charge for this session.

  2. Written proposal

    If we're a good fit, you receive a written proposal with the scope of work, the total price and the timeline. Nothing is billed until you approve it.

  3. The work begins

    We deliver the agreed services through scheduled sessions, working documents and follow-ups. A $97 consultation fee is included in your project total, and only because you chose to move forward.

  • Nothing to pay upfront. The consultation is free, and you are never charged for it if you decide not to move forward.
  • If you hire us. A $97 consultation fee is included in the total price of your work, shown in your written proposal.
  • Price agreed in writing. Your proposal states the total before any work is billed.
  • Secure payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Why a range?

Every client needs something different

Payments range from $97 up to $10,000 depending on the complexity of the work. One owner needs a single advisory session. Another needs months of management support and coaching. We'd rather price the work you actually need than sell you a package.

Policies

Refunds, cancellations and delivery

Plain terms, so you know exactly what to expect. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Refund policy

  • Consultation: the first consultation is free and nothing is collected for it, so there is nothing to refund. If you decide not to move forward, you owe nothing.
  • Project work: you pay only for work that has been completed. Any prepaid amount for work not yet performed is refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of cancellation.

Cancellation policy

  • You may cancel or reschedule your free consultation at any time. Please give 24 hours' notice to reschedule a paid session.
  • You may cancel an engagement at any time by emailing claritybusinessm@gmail.com. Work stops on receipt, and you are billed only for work completed up to that date.
  • There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals.

How services are delivered

All services are delivered by phone, video call, in person or by email. No physical goods are shipped. Consultations are normally scheduled within 3 business days of booking, and the timeline for larger work is stated in your written proposal.

Billing questions and disputes
